Q: I have a Genie2 key. Could I get it upgraded to Genie3?
A: Genie3 is a standalone product that is completely separate from previous generations of Genie.  We encourage you to purchase a new key to enjoy the many changes Genie3 has to offer!

 

Q: Both my wife and I play Dragonrealms.  Can we use the same key?
A: Strictly speaking, you both should get your own individual keys, however, as long as you are playing from the same location it is acceptable.

 

Q: Where do I download plugins, scripts, settings, and other Genie3 content?
A: Scripts, settings, and other content are available from the Downloads section of the Genie3 members only forums located at http://www.genieclient.com/bulletin/.

 

Q: How long does it usually take to receive my Genie3 purchase confirmation and download instructions?
A: Much like with the Key Change process, you should receive your confirmation and instructions within an hour.  However, if not please be sure to check your Spam and Junk Mail folders.
