Lost Key
Your Genie key is available from within the client in Help menu or in your registration email that you recieved when you purchased Genie. You should always store your payment and registration information in a safe place.
We are only able to help recent customers retreive their key.
If you have lost your details and have changed your email we are unfortunately unable to assist you.
