Your Genie key can be accessed via the ‘Help’ menu within the client or in your registration email that you received when you purchased Genie.

Please remember to store your payment and registration information in a safe place.

We are only able to help recent customers recover their key.

If you have lost your details and have changed your email we are unfortunately unable to assist you.
