DISCLAIMER AND WARRANTY
Your account names are kept private and are only used to generate your key. We will never give out any information about you or your account names to anyone. They are only used to verify against your registration key on your OWN computer. We do NOT monitor account names. Our key server ONLY monitors the usage of your registration key versus IP address. If the same key is used on different IP addresses at the same time it may be flagged for termination.
Your key may at any time be terminated by you or the Genie software authors (only in the event of account abuse.) If we suspect abuse we will immediately notify you and invalidate your registration key. No money will be refunded upon termination of your key.
If the mechanics behind connecting to Simutronics(tm) servers change then Genie might stop working (should that happen we will do our best to modify Genie to keep up with the changes.)
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SENT "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Genie authors will not be held liable for any damage to your computer system or data files, or for any actions brought against you for using this software. The user must assume the entire risk of using this software. However, we will attempt to aid you if any problems involving the software and your computer occur.
Genie3 Software License
The full price of the Genie3 software is $39.95. This includes access to our genie forum and unlimited software updates to Genie3. It is a one time, life time, fee and you do not need to worry about renewing any kind of subscription. Please note that there is no trial version at this time and we do not offer refunds.
